Expertise packaged once and deployed many times over.
Nuclear expertise is scarce, expensive and usually sold by the day, so it reaches the organisations that can afford senior consultants and no further. A great deal of what NCL’s people know does not need a consultant in the room: structured once, properly, by people who have done the work, that knowledge can be made available to everyone who needs to draw on the same expertise.
Atomeris takes capability that would otherwise stay locked inside engagements and turns it into something a client can buy, use and keep. For NCL’s experts, that is a new route to market alongside consultancy. For clients, a lower-friction route to credible nuclear capability.

Case studyThe Nuclear BootcampNon-specialist government staff needed a grounding in the nuclear industry to discharge statutory duties. NCLu2019s people, former naval officers, ex-regulators and civil nuclear veterans, ran an introductory nuclear programme built from curated material. The Nuclear Bootcamp on Atomeris Academy is that programme made repeatable: eight modules from first principles, designed to move a learner from awareness to applied understanding.
The relationship with NCL
Platform and products director To be announced
NCL and Atomeris are separate companies under common ownership. NCL licenses intellectual property to Atomeris and NCL’s people author and quality-assure the material.
